It's been a while since my last post, and today after such a long time I'm glad to be writing again. First of all, Merry Christmas to you!
In the past few days I've come to refresh my notion of what constitutes a good relationship with your significant other. Topping the list we have open and unrestricted communication, and time in which to do so on a daily basis. It pleases me greatly to say that I've been steadily enjoying this state of affairs with my beloved Faith. Which is where I'd like to thank her for being ever so supportive and a partner in the true sense of the word.
Sipping wine, snuggling together, talking without any other distractions for some time each day, helping each other out in the day to day things, listening in reciprocated fashion, sharing enthusiasm for life in general... these are just some of the things I appreciate immensely and which have made this Christmas truly memorable.
Apart from what I've already mentioned, the great thing about a Christmas well-spent is the community life and that feeling of satisfaction when I'm getting or preparing gifts for others. Even though I'm currently away from my family, I could see with my own eyes that I've been received just like a family member with Faith's relatives. Looking back, there is one feeling I have that features above all others, and it's called gratitude.
